About Us

Simon has 19 years’ experience in the rack and pinion industry after qualifying as a 16th Edition IEE electrician. From 2000 to 2015, Simon worked for Alimak Hek Ltd, the global market leader in vertical access solutions gaining experience and qualifications in both construction and industrial projects.

With an HNC in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Simon has worked worldwide, both on- and offshore, and co-founded GTI Ltd with Scott Grant in 2015.

Lee qualified with an Advanced Engineering Apprenticeship, and joined Alimak Hek Ltd in 2005, gaining experience in all aspects of industrial lift and hoist installations, service and repair.
In xxxx, Lee joined Torquemeters, installing gas turbine test equipment worldwide for the oil industry.
Lee joined GTI as a director in 2016 and has extensive experience in both the construction and industrial sectors, including Construction Design Management (CDM) onsite as part of a principal contractor team.

Mike has over 30 years’ experience as a health and safety practitioner.  A knowledgeable, versatile, self-motivated individual with proven experience in the management of Health & Safety through effective organisation, motivation and development of people.

An enthusiastic individual who is accustomed to working to deadlines, while achieving key targets, Mike is a decisive team player, who leads by example to ensure high standards are achieved and maintained and is both flexible and approachable, with excellent communication skills.

Mike joined GTI Ltd in 2019 as a consultant/director.
